Responsibilities

As the strategic leader of our product team, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends, using insights to inform product decisions.
• Defining and prioritizing product features and roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term vision.
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
• Analyzing product performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize user experience and business impact.
• Leading and mentoring a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector.
• Possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in solving real-world problems.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive product vision and inspire teams.
• Have a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Are adept at working in a fast-paced, agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
